2. Place a Deposit 

3. We deliver the beef to the processor and ensure packaging meets your selection. 

4. Choose to Pick Up frozen beef from processor or Delivery* 

5. Full payment will be due upon pick-up or delivery.

*Delivery fees will vary upon location. Currently delivery only offered in DFW, Amarillo, Tyler, OKC

We sell our beef as fresh as possible and do our best to get you the best value possible.  To do that, we sell in bulk (Quarter, Half, Whole)

Quarter Beef - approx. 125lbs of beef we guarantee 110 pounds. 

Half Side Beef- approx. 250lbs of beef we guarantee 220lbs 

Whole Cow- approx. 500lbs of beef we guarantee 440lbs 

35% of your order will be Prime cuts

65% of your order will be ground beef  

Prime Cuts Include: 

- Ribeye 

- Strip Steak

- Tenderloin

- Sirloins

- Bone In Rump, Arm, and Chuck Roasts 

- Back Ribs 

- Brisket
